New Database for Immigration Law Research: AILALink
The Law Library has subscribed to a new resource for immigration law research: AILALink, from the American Immigration Lawyers Association. AILALink provides access to primary law materials (immigration statutes, regulations, court and administrative decisions, memos, cables, minutes), government manuals, forms, AILA periodicals, and books such as Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook, Essentials of Immigration Law, Navigating the Fundamentals of Immigration Law, AILA’s Asylum Primer, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Practice Manual, Representing Clients in Immigration Court, and the Consular Practice Handbook.
Members of the UC Law SF community can access it on- and off-campus at: http://libguides.uclawsf.edu/aila. You can also find the link on the library’s Online Databases page.
