On January 23, the University of Washington School of Law published a profile on CEALS Director Keith Hand on its main homepage.  The University of Washington is home to one of the oldest and most prominent Asian law programs in the country. The profile is based on a conversation with Professor Hand on China’s legal development and the establishment of the Center for East Asian Legal Studies.
