UC Law SF hosts Northern California Tax Professor Roundtable

On Thursday (2/8), UC Law SF will host the 2024 Northern California Tax Professor Roundtable.  There are two papers:

• Though Money Moves: Taxing the Wealthy at the State Level by Brian Galle (Georgetown) (with David Gamage (Missouri) and Darien Shanske (UC Davis)); Commentator: Shayak Sarkar (UC Davis)
• Help Wanted: Achieving Better Formulas for Apportioning Income, Residence and Intangibles by Darien Shanske (UC Davis); Commentator: Eric Rakowski (UC Berkeley)

We will also have an informal discussion of roundtable participants’ early-stage projects.
