The University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and its Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) were well represented at the 17th Annual AALS Alternative Dispute Resolution Works-in-Progress Conference, held at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law from October 18-19, 2024.  The WIP Conference brings together dispute resolution scholars, teachers, and practitioners to discuss and receive feedback on their scholarly ideas and projects in a welcoming and collegial atmosphere.
