Bio
Regina is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience covering the full spectrum of human resources responsibilities, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, training, performance assessment, benefits, payroll, and labor relations. Regina has a passion for partnering with employees to create a thriving workplace and for developing long-lasting collegial relationships.
Regina previously served as the Director of Human Resources of UC Berkeley’s International House. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Bakersfield and a master’s degree in human resources management from California National University. She is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for Oakland Elizabeth House.
