Announcing 2020 CNDR Honoree
At this year’s Northern California ADR Faculty Conference, the Center for Negotiation and Dispute (CNDR) announced our 2020 CNDR Honoree. The Honoree recognizes someone who has exemplified outstanding contributions to the Center and UC Law SF students.
In recognition of contributions and dedication to virtual learning and inclusion, and commitment to CNDR:

This year has been challenging to say the least, so CNDR decided to bring back our Honoree Award to give some well-deserved recognition to one of our own. Our staff put forth nominees, and it was difficult to decide because we are fortunate to have so many committed professors and adjuncts who really stepped up this year. But, we agreed there was one standout individual, who has repeatedly gone above and beyond.
Professor Gupta jumped into virtual teaching last spring and helped others to navigate the technical challenges early on. He mentored others and generously shared teaching materials, so we may all examine what we use and how we use it at teachers. Professor Gupta always says “yes” to CNDR’s requests, and he has lead by example when it comes to incorporating diversity and inclusion in the classroom, and seeking out ways we can better engage our students.
We want to say thank you for your commitment to the Center, and being a role model for all of us this past year.
