Chia-Ling Lee

Bio

Professor Chia-Ling Lee is a visiting foreign scholar at UC Law SF for the 21-22 academic year. Professor Lee has been an assistant professor at the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, a foreign partner of UC Law SF, since spring 2014. She holds a J.D. and an LL.M. from Washington University in Saint Louis, and she specializes in intellectual property and entertainment law. In 2020, she participated in a six-month faculty externship at Cittone, Demers & Arneri LLP, an IP law firm in New York. She will be researching copyright issues this year.
