CNDR Welcomes Affiliated Scholar Banke Olagbegi-Oloba

The Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) at UC Law SF welcomes Victoria Banke Olagbegi-Oloba who will serve as the Center’s Affiliated Scholar for the Fall 2022 term.

Ms. Olagbegi-Oloba is a lecturer in Law at Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, Nigeria, and a PhD Candidate at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She is a current 2022 fellow under the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship Program, which provides opportunities for qualified individuals from outside the United States to study dispute resolution processes and practices in the U.S. to assist them in their efforts to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.

As an Affiliated Scholar, Ms. Olagbegi-Oloba will contribute to the mission and goals of CNDR through participation in research and activities, and work with CNDR Director Hiro Aragaki on mutual research interests in mediation in Africa.
