Bio
Dan Myers is a Director in Fennemore Craig’s Oakland and Walnut Creek offices and currently serves as Vice Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group. Dan represents real estate clients in all aspects of commercial real property transactions, with a particular emphasis on leasing and purchase and sale transactions. In addition to his real estate work, Dan counsels clients on advertising and promotional practices. Dan has spoken on real estate and leasing issues at the California State Bar’s Annual Meeting, the Real Property Law Section Retreat, the ICSC Law Conference and the National Retail Tenants Association’s Annual Conference. Dan previously served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of California. He is the co-author of several chapters in Retail Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease and Office Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease published by CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar).
