Leadership Lab is a practical skills series hosted by UC Law SF’s Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) focused on professional skills building. Taught by CNDR Deputy Director, Mattie Robertson, this six-hour summer certificate is for current UC Law SF students only, and by application. To receive a certificate, you must complete all hours.

Past Leadership Labs
The Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) provides the training necessary for law students to be effective lawyers, negotiators, facilitators, mediators, and arbitrators in a world that depends more and more upon collaborative methods to resolve disputes and to solve problems. CNDR has consistently distinguished itself as one of the top 13 law school dispute resolution programs in the US, as ranked by US News and World Reports. The program’s numerous experiential-learning opportunities, like the Mediation Clinic, ADR Externships, ADR Team, a Concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and an LL.M Dispute Resolution Specialization allow students to hone their skills and prepare for life after law school.
