MSL Start-ups & Entrepreneurship Specialization
Entrepreneurs interact with the law at every stage of starting or growing a business. MSL students who are or wish to become business owners or entrepreneurs may wish to focus their elective course work on contracts, tax, corporations, or intellectual property law, while working closely with our Center for Innovation and LexLab. Thinking like a lawyer can be a decisive advantage for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and those working in the start-up sector.
