ImmHELP Vicarious Trauma Workshop

The workshop will provide a brief overview of the concepts, mechanisms, and manifestations of vicarious stress and resilience, and will present and explore professional recommendations and opportunities for engaging in self-care in the face of vicarious trauma. Participants will be invited to share their experiences, share successes and challenges, and receive support from their community.
