On Wednesday, October 9, California's First District Court of Appeals is holding oral arguments 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Baxter Appellate Courtroom in 198 McAllister. No registration is required for the October 9 court session, which is open to the public, with seats allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
