Andrew Scott

Bio

Andrew Scott is the Chief Human Resources Officer at UC Law SF, where he oversees the HR Operations, including recruitment, employee and labor relations, benefits administration, policy development/compliance, and performance management. Andrew is a member of the Chancellor & Dean’s Key Issues team, serves as Co-Chair of the Pandemic Response Team, and has led strategic implementation efforts for HR, payroll, and timekeeping systems. Andrew also represents UC Law SF on the system-wide UC Path Steering Committee.

Andrew earned a BA and an MBA from UCLA. Prior to joining UC Law SF, Andrew worked at UCLA in various HR and academic personnel roles, primarily at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.
