Bio
Brady Baldwin is a Deputy Attorney General with the California Department of Justice. He briefs and argues criminal appeals and writs. Before joining the Department of Justice, he clerked for the Honorable Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable John Shepard Wiley Jr. of the California Court of Appeal. He also worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Brady earned his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School after studying economics at the George Washington University. He also holds an L.L.M. from the London School of Economics. He is originally from Fairfield, California, and returns often to watch his parents’ garden bloom. He also likes rock climbing and listening to rap and classic rock.
