Bio
Christine co-teaches and supervises the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic at UC Law SF. Previously, she worked at New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI) as a Staff Attorney in the Health Justice Program where she founded a program to provide immigration services to undocumented and uninsured New Yorkers with serious healthcare needs. Prior to her time at NYLPI, Christine was a Kirkland & Ellis New York City Public Service Fellow at African Services Committee and represented primarily African clients seeking immigration relief. Christine earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was an International Institute for Law and Justice Scholar and recipient of the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize for outstanding work in a clinical course. Christine speaks conversational French and Spanish.
