Bio
Chris Wonnell is a Professor of Law at the University of San Diego. He received his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University, his J.D. from the University of Michigan, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He practiced law in Chicago for the law firm of Reuben & Proctor. His writings have principally concerned the application of economic principles to a variety of private law fields. He has taught numerous classes in those fields, including Law and Economics, Corporations, Contracts, Remedies, and Commercial Law.
