Ms. Cantarella is an international development legal expert with over twenty years’ professional experience, providing policy and legislative advice in developing and post-conflict countries (such as Egypt, Iraq, Oman, Seychelles, and Syria) on behalf of intergovernmental organizations, including the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the Pacific Community. Ms. Cantarella has been practicing law in New York City for over 30 years, most recently as the Chief Legal Officer of Broadway Technology, a leading provider of Fin-Tech trading solutions. She regularly lectures throughout the world on a variety of intellectual property topics. Ms. Cantarella holds a BS in Speech With Distinction from Northwestern University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
