Bio
Dane Reinstedt is a trial attorney and prosecutor in the San Francisco District Attorney’s homicide unit. He has been a prosecutor for approximately a decade, investigating and prosecuting homicide, gang, robbery, assault, residential burglary, elder abuse, and narcotics cases. Mr. Reinstedt has worked extensively with victims, witnesses, experts, and officers in case and trial preparation, coordinating all stages of investigations with law enforcement agencies, including FBI, CHP, and SFPD investigations teams.
He previously worked at Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office focused primarily on intellectual property litigation and for a firm in Seoul, Korea centered around international arbitration.
Dane received his B.A. in English from Pomona College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
