Bio
Daniel is an advisor to private, venture-backed technology companies, venture capitalists, angel investors, and executives at Cooley LLP. He possesses extensive experience across a wide array of business sectors, with a particular emphasis on the agtech, fintech, Internet of Things, ecommerce, electronics, cleantech, and advanced materials industries.
Daniel’s expertise spans the entire lifecycle of a company, from formation—both domestic and international—to structuring and executing complex financings, including debt and equity. He also has significant experience in designing liquidity programs, managing secondary transactions, and providing strategic corporate and business advice to companies and investors worldwide.
This fall, Daniel will co-teach Venture Capital & Start-up with Professor Proffitt, contributing his real-world expertise to the next generation of entrepreneurs.
