Bio
David Longinotti is a senior partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP and former chair of its Real Estate + Environment Department who specializes in complex real estate secured transactions and related debt and equity financing arrangements. His real estate finance expertise includes private placements, syndications, joint ventures, mezzanine financing and institutional and government insured debt arrangements. He is also a versatile business attorney, providing corporate, tax and international licensing and distribution expertise to Hanson Bridgett’s transactional clients. As a LEED accredited professional, Adjunct Professor Longinotti provides specialized green building services to owners and developers. He joins Hastings this year as an experienced law professor, having taught Real Estate Secured Transactions at the University of San Francisco School of Law for several years.
