Emily Stover is an associate in the Employment Law Department at Paul Hastings, where she specializes in a broad spectrum of employment and labor law matters. She brings substantial experience in representing employers in complex cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour disputes.

Emily earned her J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), graduating cum laude in 2017. Emily remains actively involved with the Hastings Trial Team as an alumni coach.
This fall, Emily will be co-teaching Trial Advocacy I alongside Professor Hansen, further contributing to the development of future legal professionals.
