Bio
Judge Eric Fleming received a bachelor’s of science in engineering from Tulane University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco. He was the chief trial and managing attorney of the homicide and gang unit at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office from 2012 to 2017. Before that, he was an assistant district attorney from 2004 to 2012. His professional experience also includes working as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, an editor’s assistant at Yomiuri Shimbun, and an associate at Cooley Godward.
