Bio
Jake Winton is an Associate with Gunderson Dettmer’s Corporate Practice Group, where he focuses on representing venture funds and venture backed startups. He focuses his practice on the representation of early to mid-stage startups acting as outside general counsel.
Jake graduated from UC Law SF in 2020. In law school, Jake was an active member of ASUCH and served on the Academic Standards Committee. Jake is still involved with UC Law SF as a supervising attorney for students enrolled the Startup Legal Garage.
