Adjunct Professor Joanna (Joey) Meldrum is a partner at Monchamp Meldrum LLP. Joey advises clients on environmental, land use and natural resources law, including due diligence, permitting, regulatory compliance, and litigation. Joey’s practice focuses on brownfield redevelopment, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance and litigation, environmental compliance, affordable housing, and land use permitting. Joey’s legal practice is informed by over a decade of experience working as a licensed civil engineer and geologist on development projects in California. Professor Meldrum is a board member of the Starr King Open Space, which manages and maintains a community owned open space in San Francisco. She received her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queens University and her JD from Hastings.
