John Leary practiced as an attorney at White & Case LLP for over 20 years, most recently as managing partner of the Shanghai office. Over the course of his career, John has worked on billions of dollars worth of M&A and financing transactions, ranging from a Chinese bank’s $10 billion bid a German bank, to $50 thousand investments into technology startups. John was ranked by Chambers PLC as one of the leading M&A attorneys for 6 years in a row. He is currently the General Counsel of an aerospace startup based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
