Bio

Michelle is committed to facilitating and supporting students’ professional growth throughout their legal education and beyond. Prior to joining UC Law SF, Michelle practiced corporate law with various Biglaw firms in Hong Kong, New York and the Bay Area where she focused on representing clients engaged in capital markets transactions. Michelle received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and served as an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal. Before attending law school, Michelle was an auditor with Ernst & Young in Canada. Michelle received her BCom from the University of Alberta.
