Mona Razani

Bio
Mona Razani is in-house counsel at United Airlines, Inc. specializing in labor and employment law. Her practice consists of managing outside counsel for a nationwide employment litigation docket, providing employment advice and counsel to the business and ensuring legal compliance. Mona joined United Airlines after serving as its outside counsel as Senior Associate at Reed Smith LLP. She has litigated numerous employment disputes in state and federal court on behalf of employers, securing several legal victories and case dismissals through extensive motion practice. Mona is also a 2024 Pathfinder for Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity.
Mona graduated from UC SF Law in 2016. As a law student, Mona served as co-chair for the Moot Court team and coached and competed in national Moot Court competitions. She also served as writing teaching assistant for the department for three semesters. Since graduation, Mona has kept close to the department by alumni coaching Moot Court. As a recent re-transplant back to the Bay Area from her home in Southern California, in her spare time, you can find Mona walking her Maltipoo dog at Crissy Beach and flying the friendly skies.
