Nicholas Conway is an Associate Professor of Political Science at San Francisco State University. He teaches courses on U.S. constitutional law, national judicial politics, moot court and judicial process. His research includes topics such as the U.S. Supreme Court and public opinion, the Shadow Docket, constitutional litigation, media attention to judicial decisions, and political methodology.
Dr. Conway obtained his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Indiana University—Maurer School of Law. He coaches the San Francisco State Moot Court team. Previously, he practiced as a lawyer specializing in constitutional litigation and civil rights.
