Bio

Rob Taboada is a land use and environmental attorney with Monchamp Meldrum in San Francisco.  He regularly counsels private and public clients on all aspects of the land use entitlement process and review under the California Environmental Quality Act, and defends project approvals from challenges before administrative agencies and the courts.  In addition to his professional practice, Rob teaches Land Use Regulation at UC Law SF College of the Law, serves on the advisory council for the Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary, and is a past editor of the California Land Use Law & Policy Reporter.
