Rosalie Lack

Bio
Rosalie Lack, who supports the International Development Law Center, builds partnerships and designs digital solutions that address information management and access challenges. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience working on digital initiatives at the University of California (UC) and global organizations, including eight years managing projects with partners in Africa. Most recently, she has been working with African Digital Library Support Network (ADLSN) to provide equitable access to African-created content and with UC Law San Francisco on international training and knowledge exchange projects. Rosalie has a Master’s degree in Information Management from UC Berkeley and a Master of Studies in Law from UC Law San Francisco. She is a current Fulbright Specialist.
