Bio
Rose is an attorney at the Law Offices of Marsanne Weese. Rose, a born and bred New Yorker, relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006. Before joining Marsanne’s legal team in 2016, Rose spent several years with a traffic defense firm representing clients in DUI cases, traffic citations, and administrative proceedings before the DMV. Before that, she worked at her own criminal defense practice. During that time, she did a substantial amount of law and motion work and direct representation in criminal cases.
She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in 2003 and her law degree from the University of California College of Law San Francisco in 2009. She was admitted to practice law in California in 2009. In addition to criminal law, Rose has a background in international and comparative law and has authored several published articles. She is also licensed to practice law in New York.
Rose is a member of the court-appointed conflicts panel in San Francisco. She also works with the National Lawyers Guild to defend political protesters.
