Samantha Adhikari

Bio
Samantha Adhikari received her BA in Political Science from the University of California Irvine and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Ms. Adhikari is an Assistant District Attorney with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, assigned to the General Felonies Trial Unit. In that role, Ms. Adhikari litigates serious and complex issues involving a range of crimes (assaults with great bodily injury, robbery, carjacking, possession of firearms, etc.) before the San Francisco Criminal Court. Ms. Adhikari oversees cases from arraignment through verdict. To date, Ms. Adhikari has conducted over 20 jury trials.
Before joining the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Adhikari worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Ms. Adhikari served in the U.S. Peace Corps, in the Philippines.
