Bio
Sun is a Deputy District Attorney at the Marin County District Attorney’s Office, where he is assigned to the Special Victim and General Felony Units. Throughout his career, Sun has prosecuted a myriad of serious and violent felonies, ranging from homicides to sex crimes against children.
Sun joined the UC Law SF adjunct faculty with one vision – cultivating the next generation of exceptional lawyers. Whether it is defending a party in a multibillion-dollar dispute or fighting for the rights of an accused, Sun’s goal is to ensure that his students are equipped with the legal acumen necessary to tenaciously advocate for their clients and to obtain favorable outcomes in any setting.
Sun graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In his free time, Sun can be found exploring new restaurants in the bay or hiking Mount Tam.
